Dunno bought it for the SHTF bag and I hope to never need to use it. In theory it looks like it should work just fine but I did buy one for both me and my wife as well as other products to ensure good water if anything should ever happen.
Great for Emergency Storage My boyfriend bought these to take with him hunting just in caseBut they'd be great to keep in one's emergency supply storage.
Seems to work but has a cheap feel OK I ordered this because it was cheap. Had to send the first one back because it was broken. Received the replacement after a minor delay. The filter seems to work but it sure is.cheap feeling. Maybe that's not fair since being cheap is why I ordered itstill it's hard to trust this filter to work when I need it. I may check other options. But it DOES seem to work.
